Sweet and Simple Wedding in Downtown Seattle

Sunset view of Chris and Ulrica - Patricia Stimac, Seattle Wedding Officiant
What a fun experience!

I was so blessed to officiate for Ulrica and Chris at their place.  The sky was clear and blue, the sun was just setting.  It was an absolutely perfect time to wed.

Ulrica wore a beautiful red dress.  It was the perfect choice, catching the red-orange glow of the evening sunlight.

T
he ceremony was light-hearted yet meaningful.  There two were obviously joyful!!

The occasion was intimate, with only close friends included.  There is something very special about such celebrations.  The warmth and love is palpable.  And the joy for the couple shines through.

Snoqualmie Falls, True Love, Magical Day to Wed!

Snoqualmie Falls wedding of Linda and David - Posted by Patricia Stimac, Seattle Wedding Officiant
It was a misty day at Snoqualmie Falls so just a few hardy souls made their way to the overlook.

It was the day that David and Linda had decided to wed ... and the two had enough warmth to lighten up the entire area.

The two wanted to exchange their wedding vows outdoors and settled on the Centennial Greens, with the mist of the falls as their backdrop. Isn't this mystical?

Mount Rainier Extends its Blessings to Craig and Allison On Their Wedding Day

Alexander's Country Inn hosts Allison and Craig's wedding - Posted by Patricia Stimac, A Heavenly Ceremony
I had the great good fortune of officiating for Craig and Allison at Alexander's Country Inn a few weeks ago.

It was during that beautifully sunny and exceptionally warm time in the Pacific Northwest.  It was actually 70 degrees at Paradise, can you believe it?

A Glass of Wine, A Beautiful Setting, A Sweet Wedding

Sheila and John near the tree at Willows Lodge - Patricia Stimac, A Heavenly CeremonyI absolutely love intimate ceremonies:  they are relaxed, playful, sweet and just plain fun!

Yesterday, I had a great good fortune of officiating for John and Sheila at Willows Lodge.

We gathered for some wine while I filled out the documents and chatted a bit.

It was a bit nippy to have the ceremony outside (although we did a few photos outdoors) so we found a quiet spot for the five of us and settled in.

John invited too very good friends, Tal and Carol, to be the witnesses.

Love is Our True Destiny - Thomas Merton

Salish Lodge hosts Michelle & Joe's wedding - Kent Buttars, A Heavenly Ceremony
Destiny:  Joe and Michelle were meant to be together!  The two found themselves at the same place one morning.  Their paths had crossed and love was in their stars.

Joe described how he saw Michelle's eyes, yes, across the room, and knew she would be the woman he would one day wed.

Michelle realized she was in love when she took a trip to Boston and all she could think about was Joe.

So, of course, their mutual love lead to marriage!

It was an intimate ceremony which reflected deep feelings and great joy.

A Holiday Wedding to Celebrate True Love

Over the holidays, we had the great good fortune of officiating for some really lovely couples.  One of them is Audrina and Charles.  The two made their way from Texas to settle in the Seattle area.

Loved Audrina's outfit.  The green was the color of the holidays and the black jacket was just perfect.

It was a perfect night to enjoy a fire. (We've been using our fireplace more and there is just something about a cozy fire.)

Audrina's family lives in Texas and was able to witness the ceremony via Skype.  So fun to meet everyone.  Love that technology makes this possible.

Charles's family was able to spend the holidays with him and Audrina.  So they were there to be the witnesses of the marriage.

"Thank you again for officiating our ceremony it was beautiful and you did a lovely job."
~ Audrina and Charles

All in all, a wonderful experience!
Wishing the Mr. and Mrs. the very best in their life together.

Chris and Katy's 11-12-13 Wedding in Seattle

Katy & Chris wed on 11-12-13 - Patricia Stimac, A Heavenly Ceremony
November 12, 2013  --  11-12-13  --  is a wonderful day to wed!  Katy and Chris were so very excited and so very happy.  It was a pleasure just to be in their company.

According to numerologist and author Ruth Drayer, 11-12-13 numbers are considered lucky.

Eleven is a doorway into higher consciousness;
the number 12 is also balancing,
with '1' being masculine and '2' feminine,
and that it's in a year that adds up to six -- it's all about love, says Drayer, the author of the book "Numerology: The Power in Numbers."

Since Chris and Katy wanted a private ceremony, they exchanged their vows and their rings at our home office.  And then we headed just a few blocks away to Green Lake.

As you can see, it was an unbelievably beautiful November day.

This is where we made the ceremony legal!

11-12-13 is the day Katy and Chris married - Patricia Stimac, A Heavenly Ceremony
It all worked out effortlessly.

Chris and Katy were happy, I was happy, I think everyone at Green Lake was happy (that's what sun in Seattle in November does to people).  And when you add LOVE to the mix, it's all good.

Here's what Katy thought about her wedding day:

Pat is wonderful! This ceremony is just what we wanted! My husband and I were originally thinking of going to a court house but we ran into a problem about needing witnesses. When I found Pat online she was the answer to all my prayers! She had so many wonderful ideas about the ceremony and did not make me feel judged about how I wanted my wedding to be. She was also so flexible and understanding about us being late the day of the ceremony (we forgot the marriage certificate at home). Our wedding was amazing and something I will remember with great fondness. I am so grateful to Pat and would recommend her services to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Wishing Chris and Katy a life together as perfect as their wedding day.
